Welcome to SkillForge. By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to your course(s) through our platform partner, Thinkific. Access is for personal or authorized team use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

2. Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a separate agreement has been made for team/enterprise billing.

3. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, slides, materials, and certificates, is the property of SkillForge Training Systems and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without our written consent.

4. Certificates of Completion
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements as defined within each course. Certificates confirm training completion and do not represent a professional license, certification body accreditation, or regulatory qualification unless explicitly stated.

5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account.

6. Team & Company Licenses
For companies purchasing multiple seats, license terms (number of users, renewal period, and access duration) will be outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
SkillForge provides training for professional development purposes. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, SkillForge is not liable for any business outcomes, employment decisions, or damages resulting from the use or application of course content.

8. Changes to Courses or Terms
We may update course content or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our courses or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment in SkillForge training.

Individual Course Purchases
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Refund requests can be submitted to info@skillforgetraining.ca.

Team & Company Licenses
Refunds for team or bulk licenses are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the terms outlined in your enrollment agreement. Partial refunds may be issued for unused seats, at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The request is made more than 14 days after enrollment
30% or more of the course content has been completed
A certificate of completion has already been issued

How to Request a Refund
Email info@skillforgetraining.ca with your name, order details, and reason for the request. Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
